ABOUT ME

 Director . Producer . Teacher

I have over two decades of experience producing and directing national and international documentaries, televisions series and current affairs programming.  Additionally,   I've directed many mobile and studio multi-camera productions (up to 12 cameras - live and live to tape/music shows, political events, etc.).

I've worked and collaborated with some amazing people during that time and the multiple awards you can view in my CV are due in a large part to the creative teams I have been involved with.

I recently resigned from my tenured position at the University of Regina - School of Journalism where I taught, served as  graduate studies coordinator, scholarship chair and supervising graduate students.

I'm currently the educational and creative co-director for LOOK: A Mental Health/Film Initiative.   This is a non-profit, fully volunteer run program that helps those with a mental illness produce their own films. Check out our website at

Click on the"Current Projects" tab for information on documentary, graphics and publishing projects that I'm engaged in at this very moment.
